Like CodyRX7 Pinetop Cruiser, I found a 60 series ARB winch bumper relatively cheap and modified it to fit the 80 series frame horns. I basically did the bare minimum to get the bumper to fit onto the front of my cruiser for now. It is currently held on with 6 bolts in factory locations. My solution for making the 4 1/4" 80 series frame horn height work with the 3 7/8" 60 series ARB, was to cut along the bottom bend and peel the metal back enough so that it would fit over the larger frame horn of the cruiser. I then hammered this back flush to the bottom mounting holes and drilled a hole on each side for the stock bolt location to work. I also had to drill one additional hole on each side of the bumper so that I could utilize both threaded holes in the top of the cruiser frame. These holes were toward the front of the bumper, just under the lip of the wing.

I plan to add steel to the outer sides of the ARB frame horn pieces and fabricate something for the bottom bolt locations. I will also try to raise the bumper an inch or two +/- to get it where I want it in relation to the body, headlights, and blinkers. Here is a picture of how it turned out for now.

Here is a link to the thread CodyRx7 started a long time ago, which made me think about this project. There is more pictures and information here as well. When I get around to fabricating the additional mounting plates, I will post up the dimensions and more detail on what I had to do to make it fit "better" and also give it the strength it needs to be an effective bumper and winch mount.
