60/62 on Southport and George

Anyone know whose rig this is? It's a blue 60 with duck tape holding the back end together.
Super close to my casa.

I'm in that area often. I'll have to go find it then! There is also a 40 in the area of Barry and Ravenswood bearing Colorado plates. Lots of newer stuff on it but has a little tub rot happening.
