55 series in Vietnam

A couple mates of mine having some fun in Vietnam about 300kls north Of Ho Chi Minh. Noticed the 55 in the background. Ive been there 6 times and seen a few 60 series and the odd 70 series but never a 55(plenty of (80s and 100s ).

Looks like a FG body to me? Looks better than the 60 series convertible on CL last week for $20K

yes ,have you been there? Ive only been as far as Ho Tram but planning on being there in 2 weeks

Yes I was there in 2005 2006, At this time there were several jeeps for tourists tour. I suggest you to go to Nha Trang, wonderfull bay and landscape, I remind a one day trip on the sea lunch on boat, a great moment, we were about 20 different nationalities represented on board...much fun..
