I bet we can figure something out. I mean, I had my 35s shipped from discount tire so I can't imagine including the wheel would be much different. Let me know if you want to pursue this.
 
I wouldn't mind pursuing. More pics of the wheels would be nice also. I believe its usually about $20 a wheel to ship which I have done before. Tires are big and heavy though and I've never shipped them so not sure how to go about that. Do you?
 
I think shipping a tire is roughly the same. I'm not sure if they will have issues shipping an inflated wheel/tire combo, perhaps something we should google. I'll get you some better pics of each wheel later today.
