My wife's '04 Tahoe has 225k miles and I haven't done a proper baseline, I've been too busy with my 80. The gas mileage is poor, but reasonable given the age/weight (13.5mpg). I pulled the spark plugs and this is what I found:
I've never replaced plugs, but I'm assuming these are too far gone and plan on replacing them ASAP. What's the deal with platinum vs. iridium? These are iridium AC Delco #12621258. I'm assuming I should do the wires as well?
