Seen your bumper for a while, just curious, what is the point of the 2 bushings under the tire when both sides of the bushing are welded together?
It looks like the tire was supposed to be on a pivot for easier loading, or maybe a ladder...idk.

There's a link in the first post with details! But it had started out a swing-down carrier, then I changed the design halfway through.
Would you even consider shipping to the land of oz?
