I think if new and not a cut and reassemble then maybe a day or two with the right tools. Shortening it might add a little time. Definitely shim the parts that bolt to the frame and tack up parts on the truck and check clearances and symmetry before welding.

Luke is making these to fit below the turn signals now. No mods needed.

How long did it take you guys to get the fab complete? On average, not including weeks taken off.

SmojingRocks, I spent about 20 days. From planning to custom painting the bumper, Installing the lights and small gear being attached. I serriously Injured my hands long AGO and I'm a perfectionist. They weigh In about the same for taking extra time. LOL Good Luck to you..!
