4WD Shift leaver plastic square

Anyone know if this is threaded in or press fit? I want to remove it to plate the shifter mechanism leaver thingy.

My guess is pressed in.

Solved. I used a couple of thin punches to get an even side to side pressure on it and popped the plastic off. Doesn’t seem to be damaged. I’ll clean it all up, plate the part and re-install
