4th gen 4runner fog light dimensions

I was wondering what the dimensions of the newer style fog lights are, and how they mount to the stock bumper, so we can get them into production on our bumpers.

The 06+ foglights are held in place by 3 plastic tabs that snap into the recess in the bumper cover - no bolts or screws.
