Does anybody know the location of the circuit opening relay for the fuel pump in a '96 4RUNNER, SR5?

I was going to look and have not gotten around to it yet...
would think a service manual in the top links would show were it is at.
My guess is either in the fuse holder/relay compartment under the hood drivers side fender or under the dash to the left of the steering column.
