I have a 2012 4runner. A friend lifted his 2016 4runner and gave me his brand new shocks and struts. I gave the Vin's to Toyota parts to see if they would work on mine and they told me the part numbers were different but the control arm numbers were the same. Would anyone know if the 2016 shocks and struts would go on my 2012?
