The us gov has what appears to be 36 lots of 12 tires each, I think these may have the rims, may be not. Min bid is 35 bucks. yes 35 bucks for 12 tires.

i believe military hummer have 16.5 inch rims, someone correct me if im wrong.

16.5 inch split rims. FYI - the mil surplus GYs are often way out of balance and might need to be balanced by shaving the tires.

Hooks is near Texarkana. About 3 hours east of Dallas. I bought a welder from out there. Red River Army Depot, it's an interesting place. All bids start out at $35 and then go up. I tracked a tire bid once, they usually get up to an average of $60 per tire. I think they are on 16.5's.
