I have just bought a 1997 40th Ann. with 120K miles and two-tone leather and I am planning on replacing both BOTTOM leather front seat covers in the next week or two. Driver's seat is probably a 6 out of 10, passenger is a 7 out of 10. Neither are nearly as bad as some I have seen and don't really necessitate replacing. I just happen to be picky about this stuff.
