I was driving to Harrisburg from NY/NJ area and was crossing the border into PA on 287. Saw a white FJ40 with no top stopped in the brakedown lane with a few people standing on the grass. A cop pulled up as I drove by so I didn't stop. Hoping everyone was ok!
