I'm running Mark Guisinger's cables and they are great. The bolt heads on the terminals are 13mm (so not JIS) but
the setup is perfect. You can do a double ground to both the engine and the frame and he has extra long
positives if you have the gear reduction starter.

I bought my 2/0 cables with cast on battery clamps and a 5/16 copper eyes on the other ends. I grounded the battery to an engine bolt. I ran the old cable from that engine bolt to the chassis/frame ground under the brake line T. Also ran a #10 wire from chassis/frame ground up to the cab. Pos cable went to the starter, I put the other pos taps on on the battery clamp bolt.

BatteryCablesUSA 2/0 Red 27" was $27, 2/0 Black 14" $18 total with shipping and tax was $45

Starts way better, very happy!

I am personally using these military style clamps. I think I got my cables from a place on ebay that makes up the length you need. They are HD.
