Wanted 4 Speed transmission

Anybody have a good 4 speed transmission for a FJ40 laying around they went to get rid of? Tired of my 3 speed and might need a engine rebuild or replacement on the 1F (some radiator fluid in the oil) so I'm looking. I'm located in South east Pennsylvania. Closer the better. Cheap also good. Daddy Warbucks I'm not.

note that you'll also want the 4-speed transfer case too, since the input gear changes and the adapter gear/parts to run your 3-speed case on the 4-speed tranny is $200ish

I am toying with pulling my 4speed tranny and transfer case from my 84 FJ60. If this will work for you, perhaps we can work a deal. I am 6 hrs north of NYC and probaby 7 to Harrisburg.

your also going to need a bell housing and drive shafts and depending how you do it maybey some drive flanges for the axles to make it all bolt in also you will need the 4x4 shifter from the 4 speed if you use the 3 spd case you will also need a kit to adapt it to the 4 speed if you collect all the parts it will bolt right in good luck
