4.7Litre exhaust manifold replacement options?

So I bought an 03 Sequoia. Pretty sure the drivers side exhaust manifold is cracked or leaking anyhow. It also sounds like a heat shield is loose as on certain loads and acceleration it sounds like a tinny vibration noise.

What has anyone used to replace failed factory exhaust manifolds. Is there a newer year part that addresses this common failure?

When my 04 is cold it sounds like it has an exhaust leak but I have to be able to find it. You might check on Tundra Solutions to see what others have replaced the 4.7L with.
