3rd row seat removal on first gen Sequoia

Hello everyone! Wanted to solicit some advice on getting a couple of "stuck" third row seats out of my 2002 Sequoia. With both seats i follow instructions on the seat and I can get one of the front latches to release but not the other one. I just got the truck and I'm not sure if the seats have ever been out, just wondering if there's any tricks I should try before admitting defeat.

follow instructions over and over giving all a good yank whn you get to the bigger handle's

I am guessing it is the L rear seats you're having difficulty with? As mentioned above, just repeat the process over and over again and you should be able to "yank" it out.
