anyone have front and rear 3rd members that will fit a 96-02 4runner that they would like to part ways with?

Not the 3rd, but the 4.10 ring & pinion from the rear (the front is already gone).
What are you thinking? Spare to regear so you can just swap 3rds? They have them on ttora every once in a while, would be the same, the rear would have to be a trd (8") to be the same.

that is the plan!
Get the new thirds set up with 4.88's but keep the old ones with the 4.10's just in case.

I have both but I they would both have to be repaired., all thats wrong with the rear is that one of the collars where the axles slide in is broken clean in half. I'm not sure what the deal is with the front, I haven't had it apart at all.
