Got through most of the desmog successfully. However, when removing the large male/male connector piece from the exhaust manifold, I mangled the threads of the connector piece. Luckily, the exhaust manifold still has threads, but they’re clogged with rust and metal material so I can’t get the new block off plug the catch any threads. Any advice on how to clean those manifold threads?
