Hit up doublenickles. I think he has access to a 3D scanner... that would be the easiest way to get a print profile. If you could draw it in cad, you could convert the file and send it to shapeways for a print job.... hth

Don't have a scanner and "cad skills " dont have any of those. Life would be much better tho if I did. Guess I will try to reach out to Doublenickles.
