3 way toggle or 2. I assume the 3 way toggle springs back to center (off) from one side while the opposite side will stay locked in position? Thanks, this is a big help!

Just make sure you have a sw that is hold on only. No switch should be able to left on with out holding.
Otherwise you will forget it and when you are drving building some heat that darn thing will get superhot. May even melt and fall off into the cylinder.
Just a push button for each relay should be fine. Or a push button for the high volt one if you go to one relay.
