Try the pirate board. I got my 4 39 red labels new from a guy near or around Penn or that area. Seems he gets new sets from guys that get em for comp buggies. Price is appropriate - not a steal by any means - but worth it.

Yeah I've been checking PBB but nothing has come from it. Either I see it too late and they're gone, or the person never gets back to me. By any chance do you remember the username of the guy in PA?
