My guess: Do the Phil nip on the rear flares, 1" rear wheel spacers, 1" bump stops and rear shock spacers, bet it would wheel great!

Oh, bin the running boards!

Over all its not too bad, but there is a few issues with it,
If you take a speed bump too fast, youll hit the inner fenders,
if you load it up with kids... tends to rub more on the exhaust tubing in the rear,
I think it could use about 2 inches to be more friendly and I wouldent take her off road untill then unless you remove everything that the tires could come in contact with. .. even then, if you have more than just a driver, the extra weight of the pasengers and spare tire in the back will push down the stock suspension enough to create problems.

I have to keep the running bords on so the rest of the passengers can get in. I need to get the ones that come down when you open the door. and recess up into a set of sliders when you shut the door.
either that, or get one of thoes airline ladders to get everyone in, and an inflatable slide to slide down when we get to where ever we go.

I have those 17s on my '04 Taco. In my opinion, some of the best looking rims made by Toyota in that size.

Hard to believe that you can fit 37s on an 80 with no lift. Absolutely crazy! Looks good!
