So after looking for FJ parts i ran across another FJ that the seller would like to trade for my Samurai . Its a 1969. was a built and driving wheeler But the old owner had blown the engine about 10 years ago . New owner bought it and got a New ? 350 for it but has not installed . It has a TH 400 trans but no torque Converter I honestly have no clue as to what to look for as far as stall ? My guess would be something for towing ? this will be used as a crawler around town driving . I am a bit on the fence with this since my Samurai is worth about 5 thousand more and is ready to go . This will be a project getting it running again . Also has no wiring but he has a new painless harness in the box . The plus would be i can keep my other 40 Stock The minus is another project but in the end a better platform than the Sami . ( My Sami is really nice on Toyota axles )
