That's exactly the look I'm going for, thanks! Dirk, did you do anything to "correct" the too-high stance of the rear? If not, how is the ride?
It will settle over time. Mine has since I took that pic a couple months ago. The ride is more firm, especially for the back seat passengers. That being said, I love the firmer ride. It now rides like it is should have from the factory.
You might consider installing the OME suspension that is "stock height". You can still run 285's. It might serve your needs better.
I can't remember which OME part # I have - it's only been 8 years since I put it in - I just remember it being a 2" lift.
I've run BFG 285 AT's and currently run 285 Bridgestone Revo's which are a true 33" tire - larger than BFG 285's - and they clear fine everywhere.
I guess I should actually say my wife runs 285's cause I just don't fit in the little bitty thing comfortably - she drives it 90% of the time and I just maintain it and fix everything - and take it out for an occasional off road thing when I need it.
