Problem Solved!!! Started up no trouble this morning (30 deg). Now I just gotta buy a time switch. Sam, you'll probably be getting a P.M. soon. Thanks guys!

I had all the same problems described here with my 95' toyota pickup V6. I had spark, so i checked all the recommended fuel related areas suggested here. I didn't have fuel pressure. The fuel pump worked when i jumped it through the diagnostic port (Fp to +B).

Tuned out my Opening Circuit Relay had gotten water in it, leaked from the windshield, and was freezing open when the temp dropped. heard this is somewhat common.

Easy fix, plugged the hole, dried the relay, replaced its capacitor (good youtube video on it), and haven't had any trouble since. Thanks for the forum guys, hope this can help someone else out.
