I had a big clunky non-working aftermarket DVD in the 2nd row
DVD was dead - it was very bulking - it was heavy and rattled in the headliner - BUT it had lights for the second row (which are super helpful)
upon removal, it looks like the headliner hole was cut larger to fit the player.... the original hole appears intact, with the extra cut extending a few inches to the rear.
SO installing back to factory light is not the best option - since the "new" hole would be visible.
replacing the headliner sounds like way too much of a project (finding one and then replacing)
1- I saw a sequoia 2nd row dome light that look to have a larger footprint that may cover - anyone ever look into swapping these?
2- get a new DVD unit (they are much slimmer and look pretty nice)
Any other ideas?
