2nd gen surf defrost (1 Viewer)

Since I've owned my surf when I turn the defrost on regardless of heat setting it blows cold air to the windshield. Hot out if the other vents.

Is this normal? Or do I have a flap not working correctly behind the dash somewhere? I have no ac connected as it has all been removed.

When I had a 2nd gen 4runner it blew hot air out of the defrost. Not sure if the surf is different or something.

Any other surf owners please let me know what ur defrost setting does.

Your vent is open...close it and you will have defrost again. The vent connector on mine is below the dash on the passenger side.
