Nice clean looking rig man. Jealous.... If any of your customers need a Toy front solid axle I'm trying like hell to get rid of one to fund a new engine for my 4Runner. It's an 84 solid axle.

I'll keep that in mind. What do you want for it and is it complete?

Nice build, your rig is very clean body wise. I saw your adds on CL regarding your rear bumper. I like the look of it but will have to wait or build my own. I am sure I'll see you on the trail someday in the near future.

Heading down to Ol Chinaman Gulch this Friday after Turkey day, have a good one.

PS a selectable front and rear locker is the best way to go in CO due to the snow, in my opinion

Thanks.

The ARB is an option. Just not one i want to have to pay for when I can easily just swap 3rds twice a year. You never know though. I really want to go wheeling soon.

Finally got the new tranny and dual cases completely squared away and the long travel driveshaft finished. So, i flexed it out a little.

I started on my front winch bumper today. I was going to use a pre-made winch mount, but a friend dropped off a sweet 1/4" plate that was the perfect size for what I was going to do. So, I went ahead and started fabbing. Keep in mind this is still a work in progress.

Looks good, I thought I posted last night but it did not go through. I have a few questions for you, I saw your add on CL. How far does it stick out from the body? Will a D ring hitch attachment work? It looks kind of tight and far back, could just be the pictures. How far are the light tabs spread apart? How would you mount a roller fairlead? and last how wide is the mounting plate for the winch?

PS really like the rear support bar, good for later to tie into an eXO.

The mount is a typical 10"x4.5" mounting pattern, so it will fit most Warn and similar winches except the 8274.

Yes, a D-ring hitch attachment will work. The roller fairlead will mount to two tabs right up front. Again, pics show a work in progress. This exact bumper is now sold. It was the base for my prototype. I am starting on a new one next week that will be a final production model.

Look forward to the finished product, the last one looked pretty nice.

Scotty, that is one of the cleanest SAS Ive ever seen on a Runner (sorry Mo, but it is...lol) You do quality work, and the welds and craftmanship is impecable. I also applaud you on finding, what appears to be a VERY clean Runner to start with. Im sure that made the swap alot easier on the pocket book! Good Job! :flipoff2:

Thanks. I do these type of mods for a living, so the workmanship needs to be top notch.
