2lte egt install

Hi there I am new to the thread as well as to 2lte's. I have a 1991 Prado with the 2lte. I have read how it's super important to get a egt gauge and was wondering where is the best place to install the probe, pre or post turbo?? Does anyone have any pictures of theirs?

It would be prudent to also replace the factory water temp. gauge, which only makes belated suggestions, with a good quality aftermarket gauge.
