I don't understand what you mean by that. It's the latest genuine Toyota part number for the rocker head 2LT series. It's available from a number of Toyota OEM parts distributors. Just punch it into their part number searches.

From ToyoDIY, here are the models that part number came in (same as your list?). LN61 is most likely the vehicle your engine came out of, so this part number matches perfectly:

Have you seen OEM heads in stock anywhere in N.A.?

This number 11101-54071 brings up only photos of the later 2L/2LT head without rockers BTW.

Yeah, if I were you, I'd be looking for 11101-54062. I have not looked hard for it in North America, but I do see it available in Europe and out of Asia (the genuine Toyota part that is).
