2F's for sell

SOLD**** I just pulled a stock 2F out of a '85 FJ60. High miles, probably needs a head gasket, don't know if it smoked, never heard it run. $200 OBO

My running '78 2F, header, weber 38mm, non-US dizzy, no leaks, smokes a little (needs valves adjusted and maybe seals) $400 OBO

FJ60 ('87 I think) block and head. Motor spun a bearing. I've got all the llifters and pistons in a bucket that go with it. $100.00 OBO

I have/had an LT1 lined up..... The seller may have sold it out from under me last night . At any rate, the 40 is getting a SBC, 5.4L or 5.7L Vortec. That's about my only plan right now.... the tranny and t-case are still undecided. It'll also be getting some body work, a new cage, some suspension mods, suspension seats, tilt steering sheel, wiring harness and gauges

The "overland" 60 project will most likely be getting a diesel and the Toyota 4 speed/ToyBox/Splitase setup in the 40 now. Both will keep the FJ60 axles.

My idea of selling all my junk got vetoed..... rather quickly I might add, so some ideas were discussed and plans made..... 2F's and 2FE's didn't make the list

Made a deal on 5.7 Vortec / 4L60E / NP243 today.

The 2F in my 40 now is the only on left and should be pulled around the first of November.... Gotta run Disney with GCC the end of October.

Also the NP243 will need a new home.

Anyone interested?
