Is there a way of telling if this is a South American 2F? The serial # 2F 071509 shows it was built in 12/75. Shouldn’t it have a oval air cleaner set up? If so, is there any differences beside the air cleaner?

lack of smog would make it an overseas engine, along with fixed fan and PS on passenger side and air cleaner setup
valve cover looks newer than 75 that is an 81+ valve cover
