I'm spitballing here... my truck has occasionally suffered loss of power and jerking.
I've changed fuel filters, the plugs and wires are new, I even drained the gas tank and inspected it. This was last fall, and I didn't experience the issue until the end of June. Well we have 100% humidity in Va right now and yesterday it was the worst I've seen the symptoms. She will stay running as long as I let way off the gas and the symptoms eventually resolve but I would like to get to the bottom of it.
The truck is desmogged. What I read in general is weak ignition coil, cracked distributor cap... any thoughts appreciated. New Weber carb. Truck runs fantastic aside from this intermittent issue.
