285/70x17 tires, Any problems?

Is this an OK upgrade? Has anyone had any problems with this size? Rubbing, increased component wear, etc...? please let me know before I pull the trigger.

Did you recently acquire and FJC? Your sig line doesn't reflect it, though it won't be very different than your GX470, chassis-wise.
