Ok quick overview. Bought used 22r and put inmy 83 pickup. Ran great for 3 days with new weber 32/36. Blew head gasket. I pulled head had it shaved and pressure checked. Installed head, new water pump and rad. Also put on same weber.
Ok heres the prob. The motor is running little rough at idle, and when driving have power through 3rd gear, when I shift into 4th no power. The truck dosnt die just wont accelerate.
The timing is set at 5 degree btdc. No vaccum leaks I can see or hear. I also have adjusted the valves according to book. I really dont know where to go from here.
Any help would be awsome. By the way stock gearing and 31s.
