My new 2019 LC (1 week old) with 300 miles is making a low pitch humming noise when accelerating from 30mph and up. When the accelerator pedal is depressed it goes away. When it’s pressed again it comes right back. The faster I accelerate the louder the noise. I hear it by the drivers footwell area.
Any ideas on what it could be?

My other vehicle does something similar when the winter tires are on it. You might try switching left-right front wheels and see if the sound changes sides?

I also feel a slight vibration/grinding on the accelerator pedal.

If I recall correctly, this is not uncommon and I have heard it surmised as being associated with the exhaust system and other theories associated it with the transfer case. No one has reported that it is an actual issue beyond the annoyance aspect. I don't recall the keywords necessary to have the search function dredge up the threads.
