2018 Lexus LX 570 - Black Edition Headlights and Foglights Compatibility

I was thinking of replacing my headlights and foglights with the black edition versions of them, but all of the parts websites say that they are not compatible with the 2018 Lexus LX 570 (just the 2019 - 2021). Can anyone confirm if this is true, and why aren't they compatible?
