Eh...it's a Ford dealership for one, they likely just want it gone. 160k miles...spending the vast majority of that in rust belt territory (with no frame pics)? That price is more than I'd pay for a stocker given those parameters. So it may reflect a bit of an uptick to include the tent. Mods like this are NOT desirable in 99.9% of trade-ins, or dealer sales and such, though. Hard to tell from any of the interior pics, but it looks like it might? be the full chopped-top conversion vs. just the tent? Absolutely no info on the dealer site and they, likely, no nothing about it. This reminds me of a late-model Power Wagon that sold for a steal in Texas recently with a full Alu-Cabin on it from a Toyota dealership (I think).

If it really is the full conversion, and the frame doesn't look like it came from Ohio, it may be a fantastic deal.

I wish I had seen the power wagon you mentioned. I want one and just need a deal to push me over the edge before I buy a Trx
 
Seems way over priced to me. These kinds of mods severely limit who will buy this, even if they want a rooftop tent. At this mileage I wouldn’t pay even 40k for this 10 year old cruiser unless it was flawless. Which, being from PA and Ohio, better have been fluid filmed since Day One.

On the plus side...it IS the full conversion. Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd there's that rust belt damage! Poor thing...doesn't deserve to go out like that.

Also...they're smoking crack to charge that much.
