I think it's the stage that is drawing em' in!

I just now registered and it said I was #360?!
"Greg! Getchyo a$$ up! This is serious!"

By the by, I didn't register as a driver cause they said my motor house would have to have a cage if I was gone drive it on the trails... The dog's kennel cage was not suitable enough for the park.

Not true E! The cage is only required for open top vehicles! Yours would be fine for at least 50 yards and then we would have to install the cage...

By the way... All of my raffle luck was stolen by some unscrupulous belly rubbing thieves last year and I will be looking to get my luck back! Be forewarned. ;)

one could spend a lot of time exploring kaibab national forest and find scenery that rivals the part inside the park itself. it's actually possible to make most of the trip from the nevada border to the north rim entrance gate on dirt.

since you're on a bit of a schedule and will be in the park, check out sublime point. last time I was out there, it was possible to camp there and pretty much have the place to yourself. you'll have to talk to a ranger as I think you need a wilderness permit to spend the night. it's something on the order of 18 miles each way, high clearance 4x4 required. have recovery gear with you just in case, but we were able to make it in with a locked 80 on 33" mtrs. I didn't spend the night, but there were a few awesome camp spots.

My buddy Kevin just bought a 2-car trailer. Actually, he's on his way to NE to pick it up. Straight back, load up my rig and BK's beater mini. Then he and BK are hauling them to Hot Springs. Gangsters! :grinpimp:

beater doesn't begin to describe it. even the steering wheel has rock damage

made it back from NE, need to go get plates for it, make some jack extensions for the little camper, and get back on the road :steer:

Very cool Kevin!
Ill be at brother Billo's place to,or row before sunset!

There isn't 365 trucks registered. That number doesn't reset with the system Lash is using I guess. We do have 105 tho! Record number. Sure hope I get to come! The Damn Govt might not let me off with the shutdown. Active Duty (which I am) will not be furloughed so they might cancel my leave! Fingers crossed!

So.... If someone acted a fool and missed the registration (again) this year, we are more than welcome to register at the event--we just won't be assured a t-shirt and/or a Driver's Bag....correct?

Bodean---crossing my fingers for you sir!

Justin

How do you close a hole in the ground?!
See that hole? No you don't, it's closed...
