2013 Owner's Manual?

My recent purchase of a 2013 LC did not come with the Owner's Manual (or any other books?).

1. Can anyone educate me on which books if any came with the truck originally besides the Owner's Manual

2. Does anyone have a new/used manual they'd be wiling to part with -or- know where one can be found online?
