2013 LX570 with 39k miles

They are asking $44k, but I think I can get them down to $40K-$41k before taxes and fees. Clean car fax and seems to be in good shape. It's a Southwest vehicle, so no rust. Is that price good to go?

Seems good. My buddy bought a ‘13 with 40k miles a year ago for $49k

I bought my ‘13 in ‘14 new it was a dealer demo/service loaner.

I would guess the amount of hurricanes/floods for Florida. List of Florida hurricanes (2000–present) - Wikipedia A vehicle from either state (mainly Florida) might be statistically more likely to be a flood damaged vehicle. This would not stop me from buying a TX or FL car necessarily. Some people on this forum won't buy a vehicle from a winter climate, but I bought mine from Connecticut.
