2008 sequoia maintenance

I'm looking at a 2008 sequoia with 100,000miiles. Does the sequoia have a timing belt that needs to be replaced at 90,000miles like my 100series, or does it have a chain? What other maintenance items should I verify with the owner?

No it is the 5.7.

Which is good for the life of the vehicle (theoretically)? Are there any other big ticket maintenance items I need to verify have been done?
