2005 Seqoia 220k miles $10100 out the door

Hi mile sequoia limited 4wd looks rides great. But theres a break in maintenance the last 100k miles.
Plus the oil fill
Looks pretty gummy, see pic. Please advise.

As far as the discoloration at the top of the filler neck goes, it looks the same on my 4.7l in my GX, which has had an oil change every 5k. Hows the oil look on the dip stick?

Oil had been changed, looked at 2 others with same engine and saw same thing, maybe not an issue?
