2004+ Through Bumper Pintle

I can't for the life of me find a pintle that is the 4.5" center to center mounting holes for the 2004 LX470 through bumper crossmember mount. I've searched high and low, and even looking directly for pintles and they either dontlist the mounting hole distance or are for the smaller 3" distance. Does anyone know of a model of combination ball pintle that will fit a 2004 LX470?

I was thinking a Pintle like this Amazon.com: Reese Towpower 74115 Ball and Pintle Hook: Gateway but its not going to fit the bolt pattern.

The '03+ does not have standard pintle mounting dimensions. You need this....

I never did. Ended up overpaying for the oem cross member hitch
