2004 Driver Seat Belt

I need the driver seat belt assembly for my 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser. Tried to buy one online at various Toyota Dealers by apparently this part can not be shipped. I was able to order the receiver (part the seat belt plus into) from Serra Toyota at 25% off and free shipping.
The part number I need is 7322060323A1.
Is there anyone out there rebuilding these or a replacement/aftermarket one that doesn’t break the bank?

Myairbags.com and SafetyRestore.com rebuild them. I have never used them so I can't comment about their services but I do know that they rebuild them.

I just used safetyrestore.com for the pre-tensioner replacement on my 2001 LX 470 drivers seatbelt and the service and communications were excellent. Highly recommend. A friend had his 80 series seatbelt restored so that it retracts smoothly using safetyrestore.com and he was very satisfied, as well. They advertise using OEM parts.

I've used Safety Restore and would use them again.
You can probably save a few dollars by watching one of their eBay auctions.
After watching, and not buying, they usually send you a discount.
