2002 Land Cruiser Nav AC Buttons Don’t Work? Tried everything!!

I have replaced the head unit and the AC amplifier behind the screen. Still same issue. Replaced and checked fuses as well. Ran diagnostics and buttons do work.

Issue is all AC related buttons don’t work. Randomly they will work maybe once or twice a week but usually they are just nothing. See photo.
