Hey guys, forgive me if I missed a thread on this but many seem to pertain to the switch and not the actuator.
Symptoms:
When I press the center lock button, I can hear the relay click in passenger footwell, but nothing happens at the actuator (I was under there with my wife hitting the button), and no lights come on the dash

How do you troubleshoot the actuator before pulling it off? I wanted to check for voltage at the pins, however the relay in the passenger footwell does not work when the connector to the actuator is unplugged. Any help is appreciated. Hoping to avoid pulling it!

You can plug the connector back on to the actuator, and then insert a small pin into the rubber seal behind each wire and look for voltage (this is called back probing).

Did you ever get this fixed?
Yes, so it turns out that somehow the brushes on the motor must have gotten hot and got stuck in the plastic housing. I gently removed them and re-clearenced the plastic housing to allow them to move freely again, then reinstalled. It is not difficult to do but I was looking in the wrong spot to begin with. You just need to pull the stator magnet cover off and inspect.
