I know, I know...but I got back from Cruise Moab and couldn't stand to see a Jeep in my garage. It was so puny and sad sitting next to my FJC.
Here's the bacon. (Why bacon? Why not?)
2001 Sport 6 cyl 4.0L Manual with 75,500 miles.
Red with gray/black interior and black top(s)
Brand new Corbeau Moab front seats (PO may have been a tad overweight as drivers seat had no springs remaining. Replaced Passenger just to match.)
Aftermarket Targa Hard top
Bestop factory replacement Soft Top
Brand new Safari top (covers entire cabin)
Tires are offbrand but probably 75-70% tread (235 75/15) on the Alloy wheels
Paint is great, no body damage and doesn't appear to have ever been offroad. I never had it offroad either. Only 2 minor scratches that I have noticed.
This Jeep was purchased last year to get my wife back and forth to work in snowy weather when a brand new BMW with all the traction control won't do...
So, after Moab and seeing all those beautiful 80's, 60's, mmm....40's and such I'm absolutely ditching the Jeep. Justin's little mishap on Poison Spider has absolutely nothing to do with it, honest.
I have a Weimeraner, a Greyhound, two boys and a wife...a Wrangler is just useless.
So, I'd be up for a very well maintained or improved 60 or 80. I'm still trying to talk myself out of looking at the 40's but I love them. Otherwise, I'm asking $9500 cash. I'm in Indianapolis so come enjoy the best racing tradition and buy my Jeep.
